Un mese fa circa, si era diffusa la notizia che Sega stesse lavorando alla realizzazione di un gioco dedicato a Vita, in grado di esaltare tutte le peculiarità della console.
Gary Dunn, Vice President di Sega Corporation, in occasione dell'annuncio disse: "Si tratterà di un gioco in grado di esaltare tutte le caratteristiche hardware di Vita, per un'esperienza di gioco davvero innovativa, mai vista prima. Personalmente non collocherei questo titolo in nessuna specifica categoria tanto sarà unico!"
Sega Europa ha oggi pubblicato degli annunci di lavoro per la ricerca di programmatori da integrare nel team di lavoro per PS Vita e da impiegare allo sviluppo di "un gioco di avventura unico".
La misteriosa IP di Sega, ha ora una finestra di lancio indicativa, sempre dall'annuncio infatti, si può osservare che la conclusione dei lavori è prevista per 'l'ultima parte del 2012'.

SEGA is pleased to announce the creation of a new boutique game development studio in the West Midlands area of the UK.
The new studio is SEGA’s third UK based studio and is focused exclusively on creating high quality, innovative game experiences for both current and future platforms. Their first project, due for late 2012, will be a unique action adventure developed exclusively for the brand new Sony PSVita platform.
The team was founded with the ethos of staying compact, agile and focused – combining talent from a variety of game genres and backgrounds and working closely with SEGA R&D Studio to stay at the cutting edge of developments in technology, middleware and game experiences.
Role Overview
Reports to: Lead Programmer
Implementation of game and tools code as driven by the title lead programmer & in collaboration with design & art team members
Duties
Work to agreed deadlines + plans
Contribute to design, gameplay & quality goals for the project
Implement game code against direction provided by the team design, art & technical lead
Develop and support any game specific tools that are needed in the course of the title development
Contribute to task planning
Work as part of the team to iterate & develop gameplay mechanics, effects and engine features
Actively investigate + research new technology
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong C/C++ programming experience
Experience with developing tools and supporting the game team
Experience developing applications using MFC and C#
Good academic background (2:1 degree or better)
Industry experience in a developer working on at least one published game
3+ years of programming experience in relevant fields
Technical understanding of a relevant selection of video game platform hardware up to current generation
Ability to work flexibly & to tight deadlines
Resourceful, practical and critical thinker
Self-motivated and organised
Good communications skills in working with designers, artists & project managers
