lo stile mi ha ricordato un monkey island made in rare , pero la prima persona e le tag che lasciano pensare ad un MMO mi fanno storcere il naso . Spero in una campagna single player

boh come fa la gente a giudicare i giochi con un mezzo video di 2 minuti non lo so
è un gioco orientato al multi, nella migliore delle ipotesi sarà l'ennesimo clone di minecraft, terraria e simili. Son giochi concettualmente intriganti ma che non puoi giocare tutti perchè sono infiniti e ti portano via tempo prezioso.. Io mi aspettavo l'annuncio di un nuovo platftorm, ip nuova o vecchia che sia... invece se ne escono con sti titoli di cui il mercato straborda

Si ma del resto è chiaro che hanno deciso di ucciderla lentamente come console fisica la xbox.Si stanno preparando al salto come semplice servizio.

Probabile F2P stando a questo annuncio di lavoro a differenza di Fable Legends essendo un nuovo IP digerisco di più la cosa.Sperando non sia un pay for win.Siamo comunque invasi ormai.Nel mentre si continua a sognare un nuovo Conker.

We are looking for a Retention designer who can create, own and drive compelling strategies to keep our players playing, turning great play experiences into timeless ones. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving retention strategies that keep players engaged well beyond the traditional lifespan of AAA games. Candidates should be experienced in balancing the needs of creating fun core experiences with the needs of creating robust game economies and effective retention mechanics.
Reporting to the Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the retention and service strategy of an ongoing title, evaluating business intelligence data and player feedback to tune mechanics and their presentation, driving engagement and retention alongside core service and development teams. Strong analytical skills are a must as is knowledge of game balancing, pacing and engagement strategies.
Responsibilities include:
Partner with the production team to design complimentary retention features
Propose/execute strategies that successfully and measurably improve retention
Passionate about developing new mechanics and systems that delight and drives retention
Write design specifications, review with stakeholders and gain consensus
Create models of complex game systems, player behavior, engagement, and retention
Establish meaningful insights from large data sets and analyze campaign efficacy through quality data analysis and reporting in coordination with Business Intelligence
Stay up to date with industry trends and business models across console, pc, and mobile
Partner with production and Service teams to understand product designs and devise compelling programs leveraging features, tools, and channels to manage or drive community, social, and viral activities
Skill / Experience Required:
Experience in a similar role successfully launching and running a Games as a Service
Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate and influence across teams and disciplines to gather data and drive project completion
Ability to summarize complex data concisely and precisely
Expert knowledge of all Games as of Service and F2P business models on mobile, PC, and console
Proven track record of successful driving retention features
Strong understanding of video game mechanics and gameplay
Superior verbal and written communications skills
Ability to drive results through influencing internal and external teams
Passionate about making games
Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Finance, Computer Science and/or related field
