August 24th, the publisher will release Metroid Prime Trilogy for the Wii. Metroid Prime Trilogy, releasing almost to the day of Metroid Prime 3 Corruption's two year anniversary, is a jammed to the brim package that combines all of Retro's first-person adventure games for the GameCube and Wii, on a single disc. And the two GameCube games – Metroid Prime and Metroid Prime 2 Echoes -- have been reworked with full widescreen, 480p support and feature the same awesome Wii Remote/Nunchuk control that made Metroid Prime 3 Corruption so tight.

In poche parole, i New Play Control usciti in giappone, saranno proposti in America (e anche in Europa?) in un singolo disco contenente tutti e 3 i capitoli. Prime e Echoes saranno rielaborati con i controlli uguali a corruption, 480p e 16:9, sarà presente anche la modalità multiplayer di Echoes, e sarà riproposto il sistema di achievements visto in corruption anche per gli altri 2 capitoli.
Sarà sfruttata anche la Wifi Connection 24 con lo scambio dei biglietti amico. Il tutto a 49$... Chi ancora non conosce il nome Metroid, o chi vuole rigiocare i primi 2 capitoli come Corruption, o chi vuole un bel cofanetto con tutti e 3 i capitoli raccolti, è stato accontentato!

bhe buona idea.è + conveniente certamente che mettere in vendita 2 giochi a 29 + il terzo già uscito a 49...
mossa abbastanza scontata ( in tutti i sensi ) insomma.

mossa ancora migliore sarebbe rilasciarlo in prossimità di un capitolo nuovo.magari spinn off a la hunter per wii.che so che a molti non è piaciuto ma secondo me come saga parallela alla principale che però vira + decisamente sull' fps ambientato nell' universo di metroid ci starebbe su home


ovviamente da considerare solo per collezione...per me che ce li ho tutti e 3.
chi non l' ha mai preso se esce pal lo faccia suo perchè imho conviene...

magari lo fanno uscire poco prima di quello spin off sui pirati spaziali (sempre che fosse per wii)

se poi nintendo volesse farmi proprio godere potrebbe anche fare una confezinecon un artbook dei tre episodi o qualche extra simile, ma temo che sarà dura.

Finalmente un'operazione che, potenzialmente, può rilanciare Corruption, gioco di indiscussa qualità che non è stato spinto per nulla a livello di Marketing.
Credo che questa trilogia sia solo l'inizio di una nuova strategia di marketing Nintendo rivolta verso gli HC.

Peccato che usciranno in un singolo dvd e quindi sarà impossibile...

Mio al lancio sicuramente. Metroid Prime è un gioco fenomenale, è perfetto, è mastodontico è ancora oggi avantissimo. Sarà Next Gen per sempre

se ne fanno una bella edizione, possibilmente con qualche extra, lo compro al volo, anche a prezzo pieno.
