Generalmente la spiegazione che si da...è che la serie stava morendo. Poi ci hanno messo le meccaniche visual novel su 3ds e si è ripresa

Series X quest'anno ha avuto scorte più limitate rispetto a S. Finché c'era vendeva di più, poi la distribuzione è cambiata.

Lo dimostra il fatto che nel primo semestre di quest'anno S ha venduto il doppio, recuperando in sei mesi 40k console su X e diventando la versione più venduta.
A inizio anno X era avanti di 20k unità, ora è dietro di 20k.
