The Order 1886, a highly controversial production made its debut in the first years of the PlayStation 4 console, could have become a real franchise if it had not suffered in terms of sales and criticism from gamers (first of all the relative cost despite the small hours of play offered by it).
But the CEO of Ready at Dawn, Ru Weerasuriya, does not rule out the possibility that in the future may come hypothetical sequels, also considering the final of the title, widely seasoned cliffhanger who let presage a future for the same series.
Interviewed in this regard, and well aware that his own development studio already has its hands engaged in a new IP, Weerasuriya has replied to the question of one or more sequels of The Order 1886 with a dry "Never say never".
The new production of Ready at Dawn has been classified as a "third-person action": its nature will follow the model of The Order 1886, as an indispensable part of the "DNA" belonging to the same development study.
