Leggendo un po' in giro di altri che hanno avuto problemi simili, pare che la cosa si risolva aggiornando i driver del dispositivo associato a Hello, nel tuo caso il lettore di impronte
Qui un post a riguardo
Elmarconi, I'm going to make your day. EVERYONE BUT ME IS WRONG! lol, I've been at this for days, I had windows hello (no stupid depth camera needed Microsoft!) and when build 10547 came out it broke my xbox one app. So I just decided to go with stock windows 10 home as I didn't see the preview builds giving me much I cared about beyond a better looking start menu that will come in time anyhow. And then It broke my app that I use everyday (I have a 2 year old), so when I restarted everything, FIRST I lost all my files, THEN, I lost windows hello and the ability to use my fingerprint sensor.
I almost gave up after reading all these garbage answers out there, then I looked at my other PC that is similar in a sense and windows hello works perfect. ITS THE DRIVER, but not what your think, not the driver to your actual device, that would be WAYY to logical, its a "common" driver put out by Lenovo that when installed, fixes everything, it has something to do with framework. Don't worry about your model, i have a customer build Sager laptop, if it works on mine it will work on most machines is my guess,
