Sì, ma Marzo che è un mese moscio non ha inciso sul lancio di Switch. Probabile dunque cho lo shortage abbia inciso più del dovuto.

U.S. consumers spent $636 million on video games and related hardware and products in April, according to industry-tracking firm The NPD Group. Thats up 10 percent year-over-year from $577 million. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild both powered Nintendo to huge sales, but Persona 5 also contributed heavily to Aprils positive results.

Console software: $304 million (up 6 percent from $287 million)
PC software: $11 million (down 57 percent from $27 million)

comunque pazzesco come continuino ad uscire giochi su vita mentre su Switch (con le vendite che sta facendo) non si sbilanci nessuno.

Che c'entra? PSVita è una console avviata - nel senso che è già da anni sul mercato.

Inoltre, ha goduto dell'ambiente comune di sviluppo (multi PS3-PSV-PS4) e, se non erro, di sgravi sulle royalties Sony.

La sua risicata base installata (si suppone intorno a 13 mln ww) è sufficiente per gli indie (oltre che per titoli nipponici di nicchia) - come d'altronde lo era quella del Wii U.

 

Switch è uscita da appena 2 mesi e i dev kit non sono in circolazione che da più o meno metà anno. Ci vuole un po' di tempo, tanto più se le terze parti sono rimaste a guardare per vedere se avesse successo o meno. I prossimi mesi non macheranno nuovi annunci, sopratutto dal Giappone.

infatti a parte indie (oceahorn 1 se non erro) non mi sembra che stiano annunciando chisacchè per vita.

in occidente poi non hanno sviluppato mai niente per vita così come per 3ds tra l'altro.

 

in jap  "it's a sony" come direbbe kojima...quindi un certo supporto non glielo si nega a prescindere dai risultati

 

riguardo alla (trollosa?)  chart 3ds/vita...non so se notate che 10 su 10 sono giochi nintendo. le tp su portatile non esistono in USA

direi molto meglio che nel resto del mondo, nei totali da inizio anno ha già scavalcato Resident Evil 7, e non è del tutto crollato nel secondo mese, a questo gioco mancano sopratutto le copie dell'europa continentale, dove ha fatto una pessima performance, seguita dalla scarsa performance inglese

Mass Effect non ha conquistato gli europei ..... visto gli investimenti dietro al gioco, i soli numeri USA probabilmente non hanno accontentato le aspettative di EA
