più che altro è facile che puntino allo stesso pubblico

ma tra questo Popo e Fantasy Life c'è poco in comune; il gioco Marvelous è un harvest moon con le battaglie a turni e una storia, mentre quello L5 è una sorta di rivisitazione giapponese di sims con componenti da action game.

Fantasy Life è un gioco di ruolo in tutto e per tutto (con battaglie action in tempo reale), ed ha qualche componente sim alla Animal Crossing (tipo crea il personaggio, crea ed arreda la casa). Non è una rivisitazione di Sims

bè lo stile è quello di popolocrois, che è un filo più vecchio di FL
diversamente, lo stile grafico isometrico è l'evoluzione di quello precedente visto nei primi capitoli su psx, mixato a quello di harvest moon.

FL non è un simulatore di vita FL è un gioco di ruolo in tutto e per tutto e ha solo qualche elemento sim come arredare la casa. Ad esempio però non devi dare da mangiare al personaggio e lo comandi come in un jRPG in una storia tra i combattimenti. Anche le professioni sono praticamente minigiochi e non c'entrano niente con un life-sim giocalo poi dirai.

Mauricio Ranch

In order to save the world from the “Black Beast” that suddenly appeared, Prince Pietro heads towards the foreign country of Galariland. Located in the summertime land of the Zuzuru region (all of the game’s major hubs are defined by a specific season), where the grasslands and water are radiant and the sun is always shining, is the “Mauricio Ranch.” Here, the normally healthy cows have been plagued by an unknown illness, and the people of the ranch are perplexed. When the rancher who left in search of treatment for the cows doesn’t return, Prince Pietro sets out in his place.

Zuzuru Village

South of the Mauricio Ranch is a wide-gaping cliff with a cave, where Zuzuru Village was established to avoid the heat. Because it’s in a cave, sunlight never gets in and it’s dark at night, meaning lamps are a necessity.

Zone Village

Another village in the Zuzuru region, the Zone Village is an everlasting summer resort with bright and cheerful residents. The village features bustling shops, a deep blue sea, and welcomes all of its visitors.

Gentle Geothermal Ranch

By releasing the “fairies” of each land, which you’ll encounter as you journey, you’ll be able to increase your livestock. Farming at certain locations will yield special results, such as the “Boomerang Cucumber” and “Light Watermelon” you’ll get farming at the Gentle Geothermal Ranch.

Quests

During your adventure, you’ll come across a number of people in need of your help. By resolving their requests, you’ll be able to earn various items as an expression of their gratitude. Quests include taking out monsters, harvesting crops, etc.

StreetPass

StreetPass is a supported feature that will work as you progress through the story. When passing other players, you’ll receive “Treasure Maps” from them. By heading to the location pin-pointed on the map, you’ll be able to find items that will prove useful on your adventure.

The Girls of PoPoLoCrois Farm Story

You’ll be able to talk to, present gifts to, and communicate with the girls of the towns and villages you come across during your adventure. Making friends with these girls will have its benefits. For example, you can get special items that will help both on your journey and on your farm. These girls will also help look after your crops while you’re away.

• Lela (voiced by Mamiko Noto) – A girl of Matthew Village. She has a pure personality and loves making things.
• Claudia (voiced by Emiri Kato) – A girl of Zone Village. She is quiet and serious, and dreams of studying in a large town.
• Emilia (voiced by Chiwa Sato) – A girl of Rampling Village. She’s strong-minded and energetic, and mines ore with her father.

■ Battle System

Battles in PoPoLoCrois Farm Story are command-based. When your gauge accumulates, you’ll be able to take action, which can be performed within the range of squares indicated on the grid. You can attack monsters, heal allies, etc. Attacking monsters from behind will deal more damage. Additionally, you can switch between manual and automatic at any time during battle.

Special Skills

Each character has his or her own set of “Special Skills” that you can make use of during battle. Whether they’re to attack an enemy, heal an ally, or to provide assistance, you’ll learn new Special Skills as you level up.

■ Quests

During your adventure, you’ll meet a number of people in need of assistance. By helping them out, you can gain a variety of items as a reward. Some of these quests will consist of monster battles. Let’s take a look.

Quest: Big Trent Outbreak

In response to the request of a girl from Rampling Village, players must defeat the lot of Trent that appeared in the forest.

Quest: Shells and I

In response to the request of an old man collecting shells in the forest, players must take down the Lizardman who stole all of his shells.

Quest: Oil Pot

The oil container-like Aburatsubo monsters are spilling oil in the Urban Mountains, and the mountain road has become dangerously slippery. Defeat the Aburatsubo and make the road safe again.
