It's been teased for a while, but Metro Redux - the next-gen release of both Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light - has now been announced.
Available separately digitally for $24.99 / €19.99 / £15.99 or together as part of a physical release, Metro 2033 Redux and Metro: Last Light Redux will come with a selection of upgrades and improvements.
The physical release Metro Redux will cost a suggested $49.99 / €39.99 / £34.99.
Metro 2033 Redux has been rebuilt in the 4A Engine - which powered Metro: Last Light - to bring with it graphical enhancements and advanced AI routines.
Metro: Last Light Redux also has a next-gen graphical overhaul, tying it in par with the original PC release.
This includes new melee animations and fan requested features like the ability to check the watch and inventory.
And, as you might expect, it'll come with all the DLC.
Both Metro Redux are said to run a smooth 60FPS on "consoles", though some gamers will want to know the exact details, as the Xbox One seems to suffer in this regard.
No specific release date was given, but Metro Redux is said to be available for PS4, Xbox One and PC this summer.
