Non mi aspettavo un annuncio già quest'anno, nella stessa settimana che esce FtS, stile Level 5. Ma per il nome perchè scegliere lo stesso utilizzato per una meccanica di FtS ?

 

Speriamo di poter vedere un primo trailer già questo mese.

For the Sequel è solo la ''International'' del gioco, non è da considerare un titolo sè stante o un titolo spacciato per sequel (anche perché il titolo è chiaro ''In preparazione al sequel'').

è il sequel del rpg del millennio, quindi non frega a nessuno

 

no comunque, è buonissima cosa che Bravely diventi una serie (ma si sapeva già), solo che prima di avere hype è buona cosa provare con mano il primo capitolo

Story
The story’s stage is Luxendarc. It is set in the world several years after the Warriors of Light saved it from crisis.

New Character: Devil King Buster Magnolia Arch
A mysterious woman who calls herself the “Devil Buster who came from the moon.” Her age is unknown, she appears in unexpected places at unexpected times, and she has a daredevil attitude. According to the Devil King who suddenly appeared, she is the last survivor of the moon nation.

She is a sociable eccentric. Delicate, but largehearted. Realistically, a romanticist. An elegant beauty with elusive characteristics, only one thing is certain, she has fierce fighting skills and rescued Tiz Oria.

This week’s issue of Famitsu brings more details on Bravely Second, the sequel to Bravely Default, currently in development for the Nintendo 3DS. Details on the game were provided by producer Tomoya Asano and character designer Akihiko Yoshida.

Magnolia (above) is the main protagonist of Bravely Second. She plays a role similar to Agnes in Bravely Default, and will travel with her at some point in time. Magnolia has been designed to look more adult than Agnes, though, and for this reason, she—and, by necessity, the other characters in Bravely Second—have slightly more realistic proportions. Since the game is set in Luxendarc like Bravely Default, we assume we’re going to see a few recurring characters, especially since Square Enix’s original announcement revealed that Magnolia had, at some point, rescued Bravely Default’s Tiz Arrior. Asano and Yoshida add that Ringabel’s role in Bravely Second is unknown at present.

Bravely Second’s plot involves a  “Demon King” and the moon, both of which are new additions related to the story. Keep in mind that Magnolia is a self-professed Demon King killer from the moon, and Asano says that her world will be one of the places in the game that you’ll get to explore. A teaser trailer for the game is present in Bravely Default: For the Sequel.

Speaking of exploration, Bravely Second’s fields are larger than those of Bravely Default, and the “density” of the game has increased as well. While Second will be adopting a lot of the systems introduced in Bravely Default: For the Sequel, Square Enix say there’s still a possibility that changes will be made in accordance with user feedback from that game.

Bravely Second is currently 30% complete, so it’ll take a little while longer before players are able to get their hands on the game.
