Stilisticamente lo trovo di una bruttezza non banale (o meglio, nella media degli standard high-fantasy). Il battle system potrebbe anche essere carino, comunque.

Secondo me non è lo stilo ad andare male ma l'intelligenza artificiale. Guardate i nemici, almeno quelli più piccoli, aspettano praticamente che ci vai vicino ed inizi a pestarli. Non sono come quelli di Dark Souls.

Bound By Flame: dettagli sul sistema di Crafting

 

Spider Studios ha svelato nuovi ed interessanti dettagli riguardo il sistema di Crafting di Bound By Flame, il gioco di ruolo che uscirà su PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 ed Xbox 360. Veniamo a scoprire, infatti, che i giocatori potranno trovare i materiali per creare oggetti soltanto in posti ben precisi, tra cui gli scrigni nascosti ed i cadaveri dei nostri nemici. Si potrà raccogliere metallo, acciaio, pietre preziose, ossa, pelle e sangue. 

Sarà possibile creare armi, trappole, munizioni, pozioni e armature, ed ognuna di queste avrà fino a tre slot aggiornabili. Il gioco avrà diverse categorie di crafting, ed a seconda della scelta del giocatore, potranno ottenersi diversi benefici, tra cui consumare meno materiale e trovare più oggetti negli scrigni.

Shy yet ingenuous and combative, the wizard Sybil is the daughter of the leader of the Order of the Red Scholars.

Growing up under the cover of the order, she traveled around the world to gather and centralize knowledge of all kind.

On the battlefield, you can count on her offensive powers to fight your enemies, but she is also specialized in the art of healing, magically tending to your wounds in the heat of battle.

Diplomatic, very smart, Sybil is pushed by her curiosity to join the Hero in his quest.

She will help him to understand his new demonic inner self, and is the first to worry about the consequences the extensive use of his demonic powers may involve.

Crafting talents

As crafting is a key element in Bound by Flame, you will have the opportunity to specialise your character for it. An entire list of talents are dedicated to enhance your efficiency in crafting. As a master in craftmanship, you consume less materials and create more products. You can even boost the amount of loot you find in chests and on corpses!

 

You cannot carry an unlimited number of equipment. If you reach the weight limit, it affects your movements. But several skills allow the hero to push the limits of their bag capacity, letting you carry more weapons, armor, and priced materials! You can also enhance your recycling skills to optimise this process.

Utility crafting

Vulcan is a resourceful mercenary who uses explosive traps, crossbows (ammunition!) and potions. These consumables are not unlimited, and every now and then, you will need to craft more of them to replenish your stock. Use these consumables sparingly, or you will chew on your materials like there’s no tomorrow!

Armour and weapon crafting

Bound by Flame invites you to create and customise your pieces of equipment at an incredibly deep level! Vulcan can wear four pieces of armour: chest, gloves, boots and helmet. Each of them can be customised to add various bonuses according to your gameplay style.

Are you an aggressive warrior who likes to charge in the midst of battle? Opt for pure damage boost for your weapons and physical resistance for your armor! You struggle a lot against enemies dealing magic damage? Increase your magic resistance! Each of these options has a direct impact on the look of your character. Just like armour, the variety of crafting options for weapons is huge.

Ora farò una domanda estremamente stupida... ma l'uscita su PC prevede l'utilizzo di Steam, vero? Perchè non ho trovato conferme in merito e su steam stesso non c'è ancora una sua pagina, nonostante spesso si possano prenotare giochi con larghissimo anticipo
