The panel was given by Albert Kao, the head of FGO's localization. He opened with a few acknowledgements; that the background music (the FGO title screen music) was very soothing, that he brought mace in case anyone wanted to shank him over the localization (just in case), that he was the one who approved "whassup, my homies!" (to the cheers of the room), that FGO NA had broken a million downloads ("FGO is here to stay!"), and then he called for the Fate cosplayers in the audience to stand. (I had a Robin Hood cosplayer sitting right next to me, for that matter.)
Next, he reiterated Aniplex's announcement this morning that we're getting a US theater premiere of Heaven's Feel: Presage Flower in LA on November 3rd and played the trailer for it, and confirmed that there will be a national release for it afterwards, but had no further information on that. Then he played the trailer for FGO (after which he gave a brief summary of what FGO is) and played the Okeanos trailer, after which he discussed Okeanos briefly (Blackbeard is a walking meme fountain, which he knows people will find weird, but that's how he is in JP also; also, rate up is a lie, since he rolled for Drake, but only got Euryale). Also, he pointed out that while a lot of people don't like rolling CEs as compared to Servants, the two 5-star CEs in the Okeanos banner (Victor of the Moon and Another Ending) are both really good, so it might be worth rolling for them.

After that, he announced the 100th Day Anniversary celebration, October 3rd through October 10th. Log in on the 3rd itself for 10 EXP cards, log in any time during the event for 10,000,000 QP, 2 Summon Tickets ("or, as I like to call them, two Black Keys"), 2 Golden Fruits, 1 HP Fou, and 1 Attack Fou.
He followed that by saying that the next slide is exciting; someone in the audience says "Saint Quartz!", to which he says "I can not give you stones. I wish I can, but I can not. Sadness, tears." However, the announcement (as already pinned to the top of the subreddit!) is that we're getting the Daily Quest revamp on October 3rd also, which he's excited about since he plays too.
"Also, when I said I was not giving away stones, I lied. I totally, completely lied about not giving stones." At which point he switched to the next slide: to celebrate FGO at AWA, log in between Oct. 1st and 3rd (i.e. three days, starting a couple of hours from now) to get 10 free Quartz, which he pointed out was probably three Black Keys with a quartz left over.
Next up, Q&A time until the end of the panel!

Q1) What's with Mash's "alligators have no clue" bit, and what does it have to do with being sneaky? A1) Probably lost in translation; they think it's an idiom that they didn't quite get. They'll take a look at it again to see if they can figure out what exactly it means. Usually when they aren't sure, they try to translate more or less literally to get the point across, but sometimes it loses context or idiom in the process. (Also, sometimes Nasu will make a statement on things like this, and leaving the meaning more or less unaltered lets Nasu's clarifications apply to this also.)
Q2) Why is Saber translated as "Altria"? A2) "I was just about to say, don't ask me about Saber's name!" The long and short is that Altria is what TYPE-MOON wants, so that's what we get; their wiggle room on names is almost nonexistant. However, he also pointed out that the newest TYPE-MOON Ace release translated "Meltlilith" as "Meltryllis". (As an aside, I like this name; it keeps the floral theming to the Alter Egos' names, which "Meltlilith" didn't really do.) He did make the case for Artoria as the name (since it came from "Artorius" and was used in Extella) but ultimately, his name is not Kiniko Nasu or Takashi Takeuchi. He doesn't know why they want Altria, but TYPE-MOON wanted Altria, so they got Altria.
Q3) Which came first: Okeanos being released this weekend, or AWA being pirate-themed? A3) "Holy Jesus, I did not realize that." (He then looked at his badge, which has an anime pirate on it.) "Holy shit." Okeanos's release date was set before they knew AWA was pirate-themed, since he literally only realized AWA was pirate-themed when this question was asked. The Moon Festival event lining up with the eclipse was actually also a coincidence. Still, this gives them an extra excuse to have the Mashu cut-out wearing pirate accessories.
Q4) How often do you pray to Kirei to keep the Black Keys away? A4) All the time, it doesn't work; he keeps getting Black Keys on NA and Mapo Tofu on JP.
Q5) When will we be getting the strengthening quests? A5) They'll be their own event schedule, like JP, but they don't know that schedule yet.
Q6) Any plans to translate the Learn to Play manga? A6) He refused to give a date, but said that yes, they were doing it. He also refused to give a date but did give a confirmation that they're doing GUDAGUDA.
Q7) How do you feel about the Alter Servants? A7) He loves them. (He desperately needed rare prisms at one point, so when he rolled Saber Alter, he actually burned regular Saber for rare prisms.) He then pointed out the neat story parts of Emiya Alter and Jeanne Alter. Also, he says they'll have to be careful how they handle Emiya Alter's release; he knows Fate fans will be cool with it but isn't sure how he'll come across outside of that, especially with Tamamo Cat referring to him as "Detroit Emiya" during the CCC event. (It sounds like that line might get changed; he doesn't want to change context and meanings, but he also doesn't want to get shut down.) Also, he pointed out that, as said in a previous Japanese interview, Jeanne Alter (Ruler) was originally meant to be a welfare Servant, but she ended up being popular enough that they released her as her own 5-star Avenger instead. (Also, there was a brief follow-up question/comment about how Dantes is cool.)
Q8) What's a good ritual to get better gacha rolls? A8) Any number of different ways; have a relevant voice actor/actress press the Summon button, hit it at a specific time, have a catalyst, etc.
Q9) Who is your current My Room Servant? A9) It's someone spoilery in JP, but in NA, it's Gilgamesh. He just likes being called "mongrel." "Every time I'm called 'zasshu', I'm just like shook in my desk."
Q10) Was the push to bring FGO to the US more from the Japanese side or the American side? A10) It was a joint decision. Shiokawa Yosuke, the Creative Director of the game, went to Anime Expo in 2016 and saw a ton of FGO cosplayers, which brought to his attention that there was a big US interest in FGO, so they worked to get it brought over.
Q11) Shiki when? A11) Don't know yet.
Q12) When are we getting Jack the Ripper? A12) Probably around Christmas like JP did. Also, if we're worried about censoring the Servants or language, they don't intend to censor anything. He pointed out that Jack's design is straight from Apocrypha, if anyone "by witchcraft, or something" is watching that already. There's no intention to censor anything unless someone forces them to.
Q13) Is NA going slower than JP? A13) The intent is for them to go around the same speed, so no, not really. Speeding it up very much would cause some fatigue with too much going on too quickly, with no time to farm or to save quartz/money for banners.
Q14) Is my account possessed if I rolled seven Mephistopheles at the same time? A14) Yes, get it exorcised. Go find Kirei.
Q15) How does working on a mobile game localization compare to a movie or anime localization? A15) First off, compared to those, he only has three people on the FGO localization team, counting himself. There are some outsourced translators, but the in-house team is only three people, counting him; that's for QA, editing, checking text, etc. Still though, while companies don't always take game localizations too seriously, he's very serious about it, and the team intends to do the best they can.
Q16) Honestly I'm not quite sure what this guy was asking, and Albert didn't seem to be sure either, but he took it to be a question about the 1% SSR drop rate between countries. A16) He's actually had people tell him to his face that he's disgusting for having a 1% SSR drop rate. Still though, gaming culture is different between different places. Ultimately though, Fate is also a fan-driven project, and it wouldn't be nearly as popular without the support of the fans; it's been that way since the mid 2000s (he chooses to ignore that the Deen anime exists). The fans playing the US server probably have a decent understanding of Japanese culture and the Japanese server. However, rarity also doesn't matter that much; look at Servants like Arash, who are very useful despite being common.
Q17) Why does everyone in Chaldea hate Romani? A17) What are you talking about, everyone loves Romani! Even though he can act like an annoying dude sometimes, eating the protagonist's sesame buns.
Q18) When are we getting Mordred? A18) With Chapter 4; can't give an exact date, but the actual schedule also isn't set in stone yet, so he can't give dates for future chapters even if he wants to.
Q19) A weird translation line: "Even if the world ends, its memes will remain." Did you mean to write this? A19) Yes! "Meme" originally refers to the stuff we leave behind; now memes means memes, of course, but still. A meme is something that makes people remember, so in that sense, it's like leaving a legacy. The word "meme" is correct in its original meaning, but it's also a neat reference to Western culture. (Also, yes, FGO is a meme fountain, he knows this.)
Q20) Will NA be getting the updated Saint Quartz pricing that Japan got at the 2-year anniversary? A20) REALLY not sure. When it comes to money, different countries have different laws. They're looking into it to make sure it's ok (so they don't get sued by someone who bought Saint Quartz at one price, only to have the price go down afterwards). They'll update with more information if/when they have it.
Q21) Who is the best waifu and why is it Nero? Q21) "Because UMU bro, UMU! That's my answer. Three letters: Y-M- did I say Y? U-M-U!"
Q22) Which chapter are you most looking to translating? A22) Seven. Definitely seven. He's super looking forward to it, even if he's probably going to die translating it. (Also, related; he's a bit frustrated that a number of things got spoiled by fans on the character profile posts of Romani and Leff on Facebook before the game's launch, so please don't do that.)
Q23) With FGO NA being successful, is it possible that we'll get some related material, like magazine articles or a certain drama CD about a certain Avenger-class Servant? (referring to Heroic Spirit Lore Strange Tales ~ King of the Cavern Edmond Dantes ~ Drama CD) A23) That's tricky, since Aniplex doesn't have the rights to all of that. They're looking into it, but can't make promises. They want to translate peripheral materials - some characters are popular because of them - but it's difficult.
Q24) Can you hook me up with Frankenstein? A24) No, or he'd have NP5 Gilgamesh already.
Q25) Do you think FGO will have crossovers with other anime? A25) No information on that unless it's something Japan's already done.
Q26) With the end of the SAG-AFTRA video game voice actor's strike, any word on when we'll get English voice acting? A26) Currently no plans for this.
Q27) Mind tapping the 10-summon button here? A27) "Oh really? You want me to tap it? You sure? Ok... If you get Drake, congrats; if you get nothing, I'm so sorry. If you get 10 Black Keys, I'm so sorry." (The guy showed the roll after the panel; he got nothing good. RIP)
Q28) (a guy cosplaying Stage 2 Waver, with the Support icon) The Japanese server gets rateups for things like the stage play; since we're getting things like the AWA quartz in NA, will we also get NA-exclusive pickup banners? A28) It's possible. Related though, some things like the stage play banner will be difficult to do unless they actually bring the stage play over, but we'll get things in a different form.
Q29) Do you have any extra Mash cutouts that I can have? A29) No.
Q30) Can I have the Mash cutout on the stage, then? A30) No.
Q31) (a Kintoki cosplayer) For April Fools' 2017, they did F/GO GO (a Pokémon Go parody); are we getting that? A31) Maybe. They'll talk to their lawyers to see if American parody laws allow that.
Q32) Why did they advance the animation reworks on the release 5-stars but not the 4-stars? (note: not totally accurate, as Emiya also has his updated animations) A32) As someone who is not a programmer, his understanding is that they branched the game shortly before Epic of Remnant, so all the animation updates before Epic of Remnant are in, and the ones during Epic of Remnant are not. (This lines up pretty well with the player base's understanding of this.)
Q33) Besides spending more money on the gacha, how can we help you get more staff? A33) If the game is really successful and Japan sees that he really needs more people so he doesn't die, he'll presumably get more staff. (He can't answer what metrics they use for success.)
Q34) (a Sakura cosplayer) Since Realta Nua got an iOS release, is there a chance that we get an English translation of Realta Nua? A34) It's on the table, they're having the conversation. No guarantees, but if everyone really wants it... ("Is anyone filming this reaction?" I raised my hand. "Everybody wants Realta Nua on iOS?" -room cheers-) Sadly, he has no control over the Tsukihime remake.
Q35) Censoring? A35) No censoring
That's the end of the panel. After the panel, a few questions were asked at the Aniplex booth; the main relevant one is that yes, the NA version should get the missing animation updates before Japan did, but he doesn't know exactly when that will be. (Someone else pointed out that several of the relevant Servants are in Heaven's Feel, so the aforementioned Heaven's Feel premiere would be a good time to do this; Albert got an evil grin and said that wasn't a bad idea.)

https://forum.everye...lnvg-type-moon/
ed un altro per tutte le altre visual novel

tl;dr qualcosa di notabile?

Non male quella conferenza. Ho lollato in parecchie parti (e maledetto TM in altre >_>).

Per me è l'esatto opposto.
