How Ben appeared will be answered eventually, this is a set up up for a plot element that's going to appear much later. Ben's disorientation and the vapor rising from him are clue. "Darlton" nickname his coat the "Dharka". The skull and Ben are in the same country at least (Tunisia), if not the same exact location,.

-Q: Does Ben have control over the smoke monster? Where did he go?
Open question of whether it's a room or under the house. They like the idea of a secret room inside a secret room, joke that next season there will be a "secret room inside the secret room inside the secret room" and that each season of Lost brings a new secret room. That Ben is covered in soot/dust/dirt is a clue. It's fair to say he summoned the monster, but also fair to say that there are consequences to calling the monster that even Ben doesn't have control over, and he was clearly nervous about it. Ben wasnt telling complete truth about not knowing what monster was to Locke.

-The scene in London was actually shot in London to accommodate Alan Dale not being able to travel during his role in Spamalot.

-The producers compare the scene between Ben and Widmore to the scene in Heat between De Niro and Pacino.

-It's an open question whether the "rules" are an agreement between Ben and Widmore or of they are determined by some larger forces.

All bets are off. We reserve the right to do flashforwards, flashbacks, flashsideways, and none of the above. I think when you see what we have cooking [for the finale]... you'll be asking what form Season 5 will take.

Q: Will there be a Jack-centric episode by the end of Season 4?

Hopefully, by the end of the season, you'll see more of Jack. Perhaps next week.

devo dire che non sono a quel livello come fan,delle loro mamme non mi interessa proprio nulla..
vediamo se almeno alla fine c'è qualcosa che valeva la pena sentire.

Questo non l'ho ancora sentito... penso andrà a domani dopo la puntata (le info principali le ho già lette).

In ogni caso io mi diverto un sacco nei momenti di scazzo ad avere come sottofondo per una ventina di minuti questi due divertenti ometti che buttano anticipazioni qua e là in un clima goliardico. Capisco però che chi vuole primariamente informazioni, rischia di essere deluso, visto il modo in cui diluiscono le informazioni importanti nella durata dei venti minuti.

Rehash, preview, and questions with Damon and Carlton's moms

-For Mother's Day, Carlton and Damon's mothers guest star.

-Both are named Sue, so no "clever Darlton name" possible other than "Suesue".

-Damon's mom like both the Skater and Jater pairings. Carlton's mom says Jack has a better "resume" but Sawyer is more attractive.

-They wonder about who is in the coffin and why Jack's body hair is gone in the future. Maybe has something to do with Locke's toupee.

-With regards to Christian and Aaron, Damon's mom thinks Claire wanted her Dad to see his grandson. Carlton's mom thinks it's a good example of how Lost shows how science and spirituality can go hand in hand. And maybe the island manifests what people want to see.

-Damon's mom is a reading teacher. Both Damon and Carlton were voracious readers from a young age. Their love of books is reflected in the show.

-Damon's mom is a teacher in Washington Heights, so she can take out Carlton's mom if they need to fight over Sawyer's love. But Carlton's mom works out and has huge biceps so maybe it's a draw.

-Darlton impersonates Sawyer and challenges the moms to make a case for their love.

He has a prior history with the island in some form.'

Q: Will you give Kris (podcast host) a cameo on the show (from Kris's Mom)?
Maybe in one of Hurley's telenovelas.

Q: Will we learn who is still dropping DHARMA supplies on the island? (Chris's Mom again)?
Next year deals more with DHARMA, so we will probably see this answered in season five.

Q: Is there still hope for Jacket (Jack plus Juliet) in the future?
They like to mix things up so maybe. They'd like to put Miles and Juliet together just so they can call them "Jiles".

Q: Steve went with Locke - was he the first meatsock killed by the Freghties?
No that was Doug carrying the wood. Steve was the second guy killed. (The 2nd guy was clearly Jerome - not sure if they were joking)

Q: Claire better not die!
Don't read too much into her disappearance. We'll see her again before the end of this season.

Q: Will Claire and Jack find out they are siblings?
Not going to say when, but when it happens it will satisfy fans.

Nuovo podcast

- The Island stopped Jack from committing suicide.
- They will be going into radio silence until Comic.Com in July.

Mantengo le stesse regole degli scorsi anni, quindi quello che segue lo posterò senza tag spoiler.

Elenco le cose importanti che ho capito, se troverò una trascrizione fedele la posterò:

- Vedremo come Montand ha perso il braccio nel Territorio Oscuro.
- La Frozen Donkey Wheel farà presto la sua riapparizione.
- Jin ha subito gli stessi balzi temporali degli altri personaggi
- Rose e Bernard non sono morti.
- Nello scorso episodio è stato eliminato un dialogo tra Widmore e Desmond: Widmore gli chiede perchè abbia dato al bambino il suo nome, ma Desmond gli risponde che il nome è il tributo ad un eroe che gli ha salvato la vita.
- Scherzano sul fatto che Jacob sia il Locke del futuro. Quindi in poche parole lo esclusdono.
- Vincent è l'unico personaggio sicuro di arrivare sino alla fine. Vincent potrebbe avere visto Jacob (non sembrano seri quando lo dicono).

- Vincent è l'unico personaggio sicuro di arrivare sino alla fine. Vincent potrebbe avere visto Jacob (non sembrano seri quando lo dicono).

peccato non l'abbiano mantenuto..
io ero sicura che Widmore sapesse sempre cosa accade e che sapesse benissimo del bambino quindi era giusto forse darci ufficialmente questa consapevolezza della potenza di questo personaggio

Anche perché è più bello notarlo fra le righe che suo figlio si chiama sia come il suo "salvatore" che come il suo "persecutore", che farcelo notare tramite Widmore in una fitta di "mancanza di informazioni".

Poche cose interessanti questa settimana.
Le uniche cose rilevanti che sono riuscito a capire:

- Gli episodi 5x06 e 5x07 sono stati scritti in parallelo, e sono intercambiabili tra loro.
La ABC ha deciso di invertirne l'ordine, ma non vi sarà alcuna conseguenza dal punto di vista narrativo.
- Nel prossimo episodio potremmo capire qualcosa di più della funzione di Christian Shepard come "proxy" dell'isola.
Questo si noterà quando un certo personaggio parlerà del corpo di Locke.
- La d.ssa Harper nell'episodio "The other woman" disse a juliet "tu le assomigli".
Potrebbe riferirsi ad Annie (la bambina amica di Ben) o alla madre di Ben. Cuse in qualche modo fa capire che l'ultima possibilità è ben più probabile.
- Viene detto qualcosa sulla relazione tra il fumo nero e il tempio, ma purtroppo non sono riuscito a capire bene. Vi aggiornerò se possibile.

Podcast deludente anche questa settimana.

- Cuse avanza l'ipotesi che Ben agisca solamente per propri fini e che sia malvagio.
Lindelof non è così convinto, e lascia intendere qualcos'altro.

- Ben potrebbe trovarsi nella stanza dei feriti non solo per cause dovute all'incidente aereo.

- L'aereo Ajira è caduto sulla stazione Hydra, ma la vera domanda che gli spettatori dovrebbero porsi è "quando" è caduto.

- Il dito mignolo di Saeyer non verrà amputato in seguito alla ferita subita nei primi episodi di stagione, e dunque nessuna statua verrà dedicata a lui.

- Kate non ha ucciso Aaron. Scopriremo cosa è successo nella 5x11.

- Scopriremo nel prossimo episodio CHI è "LaFleur".
